TEASE Conditions and Guidelines:
• As a Private event TEASE reserves the legal RIGHT; to refuse registration to anyone without notice. Refusals are for the protection of TEASE, the Event, the Organizers, the Attendees, and the Venue - and are not negotiable.
• The TEASE Event Rules as posted July 7, 2011 are agreed to by the signing of the TEASE waiver during arrival/check-in.
• Failure to sign the TEASE waiver at check-in will result in denial of admission with NO refund. Failure to show legal ID at check-in will result in denial of admission with NO refund. Failure to submit to vehicle inspection at entrance/exit will result in denial of admission or ejection with NO refund.
• This registration form is a LEGAL agreement between TEASE and YOU; failure to read and understand each section is not an acceptable excuse.
• Reservations end 11:59 pm, June 16th, 2011, or as soon as we sell out (without notice).
• You MUST be 18 years old to register.
• TRANSFERS ALLOWED until June 1, 2011 - YOU must find the person to Transfer YOUR registration to, we will NOT have anything to do with exchange of moneys, nor will we do the online registration/transferring for you.
• NO REFUNDS.
• For those who choose NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT METHOD - if you fail to pay the deposit balance by 11:59 pm May 15, 2011, you will forfeit 100% of your Deposit AND your Reservation AND any Power site payment ON MAY 16, 2011.
• For those who choose NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT METHOD - Volunteer Discounts do not affect your deposit amount. Volunteer hours will decrease your Balance Payment, NOT your Deposit.
• Each attendee must submit their own registration form (there are no "couples" registrations).
• If YOU pay for the Registration of another person - the Registration is THEIRS; we will not get involved if a couple breaks up. I.E. the OWNER of a registration is he/she who's name is on the registration - NOT he/she who paid for it.
• You will receive – immediately or (if you volunteered) within 5 business days - the Step #2 (Payment) e-mail registration reply indicating cost and a link to complete (pay for) your registration.
• If you volunteer for hours, YOU MUST FULFILL THOSE HOURS AS TEASE SCHEDULES THEM.
• Once you are sent the Step #2 e-mail payment directions; you will have - 5 business days - to complete (pay for) - your registration.
• Any uncompleted (UNPAID) registrations will be deleted from the database on the 6th business day.
• NO Snail Mail Registrations - as of 2009.
• Vendor registrations must fill out this full Registration, in addition to filling out the Vendor section. Vendors also have to be Full Attendees.
• Registered Attendees MAY upgrade to Vend in the future (if room).
• If you do not complete EACH step of registration your data will be wiped from the database and if still interested you will have to begin again.
• You are not registered until your payment clears OUR bank and the price of your registration is based on the TIME STAMP when you complete the online registration process (I.E. when you pay doesn't matter, except you must within the 5 day window).
• PROCRASTINATOR'S REGISTRATIONS will have ONLY 3 days to pay, or they will be deleted from the database and not added to the Guest List.
• PROCRASTINATOR'S REGISTRATIONS are ONLY able to utilize Cash, E-Transfer, OR Online (Credit Card or Pay Pal) Methods.
• There is NO PAYMENT ACCEPTED AT TEASE - if you arrive and are not on the Guest List - you will NOT be admitted.
• Vehicles and trailers are subject to inspection at the gate when entering AND/OR exiting.
• Vehicles (Attendees OR Vendors) are NOT to be parked on the camp sites,,, they are to be parked (and REMAIN) in the parking area(s) as directed. Vehicles that are found on Camp Sites MAY get the vehicle Owner ejected from TEASE, with no refund.
• Attendees (or Vendors) ejected for cause will receive NO REFUND.
Please Note:
• THIS IS AN AUTOMATED REGISTRATION SYSTEM (now run by someone other than Dark Angel), FAIL TO MEET ANY DEADLINE - AND YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-REGISTER - AT WHATEVER COST IS THEN CURRENT - DURING YOUR RE-REGISTRATION; WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO RE-SET PEOPLE WHO MISS DEADLINES THIS YEAR.
• If you Volunteer (please do – we need the help) your Step #2 will be manually sent to you, once TEASE has processed and approved the number of hours of Volunteering your discount will be. Not all Volunteer hours will (or can) be accepted.
• If you volunteer,, PLEASE select the number of hours, as well as the various types you are willing to do ( DM, etc).
• If you select Deposit Method; your final Invoice will show the TOTAL you owe,,,, but the e-mail will reflect just the Deposit amount. Please save this e-mail, as YOU will be required to make the balance payment by the deadline (there will be no reminders sent to you).
• If you select Deposit Method your balance payment does not have to utilize the same method as the Deposit (Cash, E-Transfer, etc), or CASH. Please just e-mail if you wish a different method.
